Dried Diced Figs are excellent healthy ingredients that used very commonly in the food industry.

Different sizes of diced figs can be produced with the demand of our customers. 

All of our figs are grown organically, with no chemicals or pesticides. They are hand picked when perfectly ripe then dried naturally under the Turkish sun. We then process the fruits in our state of the art facility in Izmir, sorting them by size and weight as well as checking each and every fig under UV light for the presence of aflatoxins. They are then cleaned, cutted, packaged and stored in cold rooms to ensure perfect quality.

CERTIFICATES: Our diced figs are certified organic according to EU, NOP/USDA and JAS standards. They are processed in our BRC certified facility.
PACKAGING: Standard packing is 12.5 kg carton boxes. According to the customer requests, we can offer different packaging solutions. 
STORAGE: They should be kept in cool and dry conditions between 0 -10º.
