We produce an alternative flour for the healthy food industry by grinding de-oiled fresh hazelnuts with our state-of-the-art equipments. Although deoiled, hazelnut flour still has about 10-12 ½ oil.
Hazelnut flour is much more delicious than traditional flours and does not contain gluten. It is rich in protein and fibre, and gives every recipe unique better flavor. Getting more popular every day by customers who care what they eat.
USAGE: Possible to use hazelnut flour in many baked goods. Great ingredient for cakes, cookies, waffles and for breading.
CERTIFICATES: Our hazelnut powder is certified organic according to EU, NOP/USDA and JAS standards. It is processed in our BRC certified facility.
PACKAGING: Standard packing is 12.5 kg carton boxes. According to the customer requests, we can offer different packaging solutions.
STORAGE: They should be kept in cool and dry conditions between 0 -10°.
